Test Exo-Brake, a sail that will create drag.

Description

Design a 4” arc-jet model, including a mini-spectrometer, for an intended future arc-jet test (eventually compatible with the future TES-21 (6U) flight experiment.

The tiny, 1U CubeSat packs a punch of science! It will:

  • Test Exo-Brake, a sail that will create drag.
  • Measure the radiation in the thermosphere.
  • Test a low-cost electrical power system.
  • Test a nano-sat operating system called TES-OS.
