NPO KAISANT, a Skolkovo resident (VEB.RF Group), launched an experimental group of small spacecraft (SSC) into orbit as part of its Hermes satellite program—a domestic project to create a satellite communications infrastructure for the autonomous control of robotic systems at distances of more than 200 km from the operator. |
