Amateur radio digipeater mission with camera.

Description
  1. APRS. Visualizing usage of APRS mission. Logging not only APRS messages but also location information of received messages then indicating APRS usage locations on world map. Observing animal ecosystem in Chiba with a mobile station connected to a PC will be set up in the mountains of Chiba to detect animals using the camera and send text data on the type and number of organisms as an APRS message to the satellite. We will demonstrate that the data can be received at the Chiba Institute of Technology station. The recorded response data will be transmitted from the satellite to the ground station via UHF downlink. APRS will be available worldwide.
  2. Camera Mission. MOMIJI is equipped with four cameras, each with different lens angles and resolutions: 1) (H) 62.2° (V) 48.8°, 3280 × 2464 pixels 2) (H) 66° (V) 41°, 4608 × 2592 pixels 3) (H) 62.2° (V) 48.8°, 3280 × 2464 pixels 4) (H) 68° (V) 83°, 3280 × 2464 pixels The cameras will capture images of: Demonstrating close-up photography in the satellite. Predicting the level of scattered pollen. Investigating vegetation distribution by using camera. The captured image data will be stored on a flash memory onboard. The image data will be divided and transmitted to the ground station via UHF downlink, where it will be received and restored. The downlinked images will be published on the website.
  3. Sensor mission. Studying the ozone layer and spot excessive pollution contributors intensity Equipment used: AS7331 (UV sensor).
  4. Device demonstration. Obtaining in-orbit data of newly designed CIGS solar cell. Demonstrating new plastic material in space by using strain gauge. Demonstrating Gallium Oxide Power Semiconductor in space.
