| Description |
Acquire high quality nighttime imagery of the Midwest from orbit to measure the quantity and quality of light pollution across a 1000 km x 1000 km area centered on Chicago. The secondary goal of the mission will demonstrate useful refinement and monitoring of two-line elements (TLEs) through an inexpensive, low volume and low power radio repeater subsystem for small satellites, working in conjunction with one or more ground stations. |
