Description	In the second phase, a constellation of four 8U CubeSats (code-names TBD) will be deployed. These satellites will be equipped with domestically developed high-resolution multispectral optical payloads and communication payloads to capture the Earth's ocean color in more detailed and extensive spectral bands. Additionally, by collecting IoT data from fishing vessels operating at sea, the project aims to provide oceanic fishery operators with comprehensive information about their vessels, thereby enhancing Taiwan's oceanic fishery production capacity and achieving digital transformation. This phase is scheduled to launch two satellites each in 2025 and 2026.
