| Description |
- CubeSat recognizes lasers fired from the ground through a laser recognition module and transmits the results to the ground through a communication module.
- To this end, the sensor of the laser recognition module was developed to reliably recognize the wavelength of the SLR laser and the orbital reception output.
- CubeSat is equipped with a thin film deployment device to simulate the shape that can be tracked by the optoelectronic system for precise tracking of space objects.
- To operate the laser recognition module and thin film deployment device as payloads, a cube satellite bus system of at least 3U size is configured.
- The CubeSat bus system includes a camera and an attitude control module for Earth orientation.
- Because the image information is large in size, it is transmitted to the ground using S-band communications.
- Precise orbit determination is performed through ground postprocessing based on GPS L1 and L2 information.
