Sub-satellite of ESMO for gravity mapping.

Description

Payload on the European Student Moon Orbiter (ESMO) mission as part of the SSETI programme of the European Space Agency's Education Office. Once the Lunette sub-satellite separates in lunar orbit, ESMO will act as a parent satellite during range-rate measurement. However, Lunette is customizable to fly on any future lunar mission. Gravity mapping will be achieved through means of continuous radio range-rate measurements between a parent satellite and sub-satellite in a polar along-track low altitude orbit.
