The project is a 50/50 split between the "SFU Satellite Design Team" and the "UBC Orbit Satellite Design Team." Although RF licensed by UBC for the purposes of using a single legal entity the satellite is jointly owned and operated by the student teams.

Selected by ESA for 4th “Fly Your Satellite!" in 2024.
