12U satellite for scientific experiments of mechanism and tribology in space.

Description

The Yuanguang satellite is a 20kg-class space science experimental satellite, developed in cooperation with Hebei University of Technology and the Tianyi Research Institute. The main load is the space tribology experimental load developed by Hebei University of Technology.

The main task is to use the cubic star to carry out space mechanism and tribological scientific experiments, in order to explore the change law of mechanical properties from material level, component level to system level with service time Establish a cross-scale mechanical law model of the micromechanical behavior of the mechanical system interface and the macroscopic motion of the mechanism.

The launch of the Yuanguang satellite realized the successful cooperation between Hebei University of Technology and Tianyi Research Institute in the field of commercial aerospace. In the future, the two parties will also take this opportunity to cooperate with the International Eurasian Academy of Sciences Cross-scale Mechanical Design and Manufacturing Innovation Institute, the Space Materials Professional Committee of the Chinese Academy of Space Sciences, and the Key Laboratory of Electronic Information Technology for Complex Aerospace Systems of the Chinese Academy of Sciences to further develop research in space technology. Deepen joint cooperation in popular science education, scientific research and commercial aerospace industry.

Also carries the Yunyao GNSS occultation meteorological payload developed by Tianjin Yunyao Aerospace Technology Co., Ltd. ("Yunyao Aerospace" for short) . The payload mainly uses GPS signals and Beidou signals to be obscured by the earth’s atmosphere, and reach the satellite after being refracted by the earth’s atmosphere and ionosphere, so as to realize the detection of the earth’s atmosphere. Information such as atmospheric temperature, density, pressure and ionospheric density profile can be inverted through observations. .
