Test a rollable solar panel developed in-house.

Description

Educational project developed by a university team to test a rollable solar panel developed in-house. The primary objective is to evaluate the deployment and performance of the rollable solar cell in a space environment. The satellite will transmit telemetry and measurement data related to the solar panel’s operation to the ground station for post- mission analysis.

Its primary objective is technical experimentation and operator self- training in satellite development, operation, and communication. The payload involves an in-house developed rollable solar panel that will be deployed in orbit and monitored through performance measurement data.

The mission contributes to the advancement of the amateur satellite service by allowing amateur radio operators worldwide to receive beacon and telemetry signals, and decode satellite status information. The team will publish GNU Radio flowgraphs and decoding tools to support amateur engagement.

Zenimid™ polyimide film served as the substrate material for the rollable solar array developed by FLEXELL SPACE and integrated into the satellite developed by Inha University 인하대학교.

Results
