The Space Access Acceleration Program provides its beneficiaries with slots for payloads in the SharedSats acquired by Sideralis. The program is intended to help students, teachers, researchers, entrepreneurs, companies, and governments reach and operate in space in a simpler way, avoiding expensive and long-time processes, without the necessity of developing an entire space mission for a specific payload. Each “Sideralis SharedSat” mission could allow up to six slots for payloads from different beneficiaries.

The satellite technology used by Astralintu offers a unique advantage, the “EXA-NEMEA Shielding” a technology developed and provided by the Ecuadorian Civilian Space Agency (EXA) which offers the users of SharedSats protection against harsh space conditions such as thermal cycling and radiation. Solving this problem implies high investment and a big technical challenge. However, our users now have the opportunity of participating with payloads built with commercial off-the-shelf components and follow Earth application standards. This revolutionary advantage will permit Sideralis Foundation to enable a broad number of participants access to space.
