Description |
MRZ-SAT is the first Honduran satellite developed by a Central American integration, and the third CubeSat in the Central American region, with academic purposes. MRZ-SAT is developed in collaboration of students and professionals from Honduras, Costa Rica, and Guatemala, including the following public universities: Universidad Autónoma de Honduras (UNAH), Universidad de Costa Rica (UCR) and Universidad de San Carlos de Guatemala (USAC), with the support of the United Nations/Japan Cooperation Programme on CubeSat Deployment "KiboCUBE" (UNOOSA/JAXA). |
