Argos Neo instrument to collect and locate low-power messages sent by the 20,000 Argos transmitters operating around the globe.

Description

Miniaturized Argos Neo instrument ten times smaller than the equivalent previous-generation device. The instrument collects and locates low-power signals and messages sent by the 20,000 Argos transmitters operating around the globe.

Results

On the back of this success, CNES and Hemeria have signed an agreement to extend the satellite’s lifetime for a further two and a half years.
