Vessel monitoring with AIS and device for the Internet of Things KINEIS.


16 different satellite missions within the framework of the Space-PI project with the participation of students and schoolchildren.

The Vizard-SS1 CubeSat 3U device belongs to NIS LLC, Moscow. The payload of the satellite consists of a device for the international system of the Internet of Things KINEIS and an automatic vessel identification system. The control of the project results is provided by the developed web application that displays the current position and track of the transmitter on the map. 

Students of Moscow schools took part in the development of the payload: No. 1522 named after V. I. Churkin and No. 2086. Students worked on the project in engineering and IT classes at schools, as well as at the Center for Youth Innovative Creativity at the Science Park of Moscow State University.
