Description |
Continue a long-existing radar calibration service, provided currently with a microsatellite (RADCAL) and with a payload suite on a meteorological mission (DMSP-15). Demonstrate the collection of accurate (< 5 m) ephemeris data. Provide radar calibration information at an average rate of five radar ranges every day for 1 year. |
